Working closely with Limousin investors and breeders, owner, Randy Ratliff, and his office personnel consistently fulfill this role and bolster the market for R&R's customers. Functioning as a top broker for a lengthy list of clients located across the United States, the Company performs a wide range of services:

• Serves as a management team working closely with the seller to advise on the proper breeding and selection of their sale cattle
• Compiles the requisite pedigree information and carries out the production and distribution of sale catalogs
• Creates a market and additional demand with the use of his extensive and strong mailing list
• Acting as a start-to-finish sale manager, performs all the necessary duties, from the placing of appropriate advertising to the handling of all the accounts, required to execute a successful sale

About Randy Ratliff...

As the fourth generation of Ratliff's to graduate from the Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Randy was the youngest to ever graduate at the age of 12 in 1979.

In Colby, KS he attended Colby Community College. He was a member of the national champion livestock judging team and was the National Champion judge of the Denver National Western show in 1988.

In Fort Collins, CO he attended Colorado State University, and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science. He was a member of the reserve national champion livestock judging team.

As the son of Max O. and Margaret L Ratliff. and brother of Ron Ratliff, which are the owners of Ratliff & Ratliff Auctioneers and Real Estate and the Anderson County Livestock Auction Sales Co. in Garnett, KS, Randy comes from a heritage rich in marketing. As legacy auctioneers they proudly represent a strong family line of men that have proven their worth in the marketing of livestock.

As a youngster he was taught the simplistic value of treating others the way you want to be treated and the importance of honesty. These lessons have carried on with Randy as he conducts his business with a firm handshake and the oath of a man's word.
